Notice NO.2011-TZ[043] My dear staff in JUNSD The new factory in Gongming has 5600 square meters, which is only 150m from the center of the town,400m from the new JUNSD industrial park,200m from the industrial park dormitory which will be finished next year. As per the policy of the Shenzhen government, all the factory will asked to move from the center of the city. In order to create a better future for company and supply a better work environment, JUNSD has done lot of preparation work In order to let all staff know more about the new factory and JUNSD Industrial Park, JUNSD organized the visiting for all staff. Generally speaking, the location of new factory is not as good as the center of meilin, but the others are better The living environment The center of the Gongming town is opposite our new factory, there are Gongming culture square ,honghuashan park, rainbow store, shangming store, sports center, China construction bank and cinema around us, and there are also many different small shops. Furthermore, the prices here are lower than meilin. In a word, our living environment will be more comfortable in Gongming town.
Convenient transportation The new factory is only 35km away from the futian district, adjacent to the north of Longhua,shiyan, and there are two high speed road(longda and nanguan) can reach the city.It is only 150m between new factory and the gongming passenger station, which is convenient to take a bus:K578 can reach futian;M337 can reach qinghu subway station and then transfer No.4 subway to get to minlin;310-315 can reach longsheng subway station and then transfer subway to reach centre of the city;855 can reach to shiyan then transfer E18 to lianhuashan park;635/863 can reach to longhua then transfer subway to shangmeilin. Besides, there are company bus between gongming and meilin on workday.
Save living cost New factory equipped with dining hall, and the minimum cost is 9 yuan for one day. Good dormitory condition There are estimated 25 rooms, each 35 square meters with shower and rest room, available for workers and managements, six persons one room. All of the rooms are already repainted and equipped with electric fan, water heater, hot water bottle. The dormitory is next to the new factory, and the condition is better than before. It won’t exceed 1 year ,then we will move new JUNSD Industrial Park, and the condition will be much more better. Move factory is a very difficult task, we need to take it seriously, then we can start smoothly, however, it is an expected thing, we will face the new environment and life, new opportunity and challenge. With more than 16 year history, we believe we will have a better future, let’s go together to our new home, gongming.
